    You are entitled to a refund in the event that the product arrives damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price will be refunded. To request a refund, contact us at colaobeauty@gmail.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email.

    Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to our customer service staff when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account.

    a) your name;

    b) your geographical address;

    c) the order number and reason for request;

    d) your phone number; and email address.

  • Whether you're in the shower, taking a bath, or even brushing your teeth, the Colao' Beauty Lip Plump Scrub is perfect and easy, and quick to use, especially before applying any lip products! 

    Scoop a small amount onto fingers and exfoliate in circular motions (we suggest doing this with lips shut) you can start clockwise and then after a few circular motions you can switch to counters in order to make sure that all the dead skin has been removed.

    Recommended to use 1 - 4 times a week.
